Order Discrepancies
Discrepancies or damage must be reported within 15 days of the shipping date to be considered for a refund or credit. Feel free to email or call us regarding your order.
Returns
All returns must be approved by John Murray to receive a credit or refund. Non-approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Authorized returns must be in their original packaging and labels.
No returns on electrical parts are permitted.
Export Policy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to meet any and all current export laws and requirements. Certain items do require authorization from the US Commerce Department prior to exporting. We can apply for an export license at no extra charge.
Warranty
TNJ Murray Inc, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties. No warranty is expressed or implied on material. Buyers agree to hold seller harmless from all suites, actions, and claims.
